Responsibilities
Cardinal Technology Systems Corp. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Oracle ERP Systems Analyst to work for our company.
Summary
  • Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency.
  • Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance. (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
  • Provide implementation management support and a DAI Implementation Agreement/Checklist to plan and control implementation of DAI for deploying new capabilities to Defense Agencies/Services.
  • Provide on-site support for infrastructure and connectivity issue resolution to ensure compliance with DoD and Agency/Service policies and procedures.
  • Provide advisement, analysis, recommendation, and hands-on support towards ensuring compliance of current and future releases of DAI, and other aspects of DAI, to mandated standards.
  • Maintain and keep current all configurations across all DAI process areas for upgrades of the software and sustainment of system capabilities.
  • Provide Oracle Applications-based technical development and deployment to support maintenance and enhancement of technical components that constitute the current and future releases.
  • Convert legacy accounting and master data into Oracle EBS and support the DFAS Data Conversion Team to facilitate accurate and timely post-production processing for deploying Defense Agencies/Services.
Requirements
  • Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance. (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in formulating and defining system scope and objectives.
  • Experience in devising or modifying procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
  • Proven experience in the design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of new software and enhancements of existing applications.
  • Experience working with Oracle EBS R12.2 or higher.
  • Strong understanding of DoD and Federal business processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Oracle EBS, PL/SQL, and other relevant technologies.
Preferences
  • Currently hold one of the following certifications: IAT-II security certification: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, CISSA, GCED, GCIH, or CCSP
  • Currently hold obtain one of the following certifications: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations 2020 Certified Associate, Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), Oracle WebLogic Server 12c Administrator, Oracle Java SE 8 Programmer I, Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c Essentials (OEM 12c), Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) 12c R1: Fundamentals, Oracle Planning 202x Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Oracle Identity Governance 12c: Essentials.
