Responsibilities
Cardinal Technology Systems Corp. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking an Engagement Support Specialist to work for our company.
Summary
  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Coordinate engagement kit requests and approvals with federal leads.
  • Manage tracking and status reporting for all active engagement kits.
  • Coordinate software license procurement and management.
  • Facilitate hardware shipments and supplemental field device logistics.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for engagement leads, analysts, and case managers.
  • Compile and distribute weekly operational reports to federal leadership.
  • Maintain engagement documentation and configuration records.
  • Coordinate scheduling for kit provisioning and decommissioning activities.
  • Track and report on engagement timelines and service level agreements.
  • Support real-time coordination during active operations.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and operational staff.
  • Manage resource allocation requests and priority adjustments.
  • Coordinate data archival confirmation and engagement closeout procedures.
  • Maintain inventory of available resources and capacity planning information.

Requirements
  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field, or High School diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience.
  • Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, coordination, or program management roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with federal government stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Customer service orientation with technical aptitude.
  • Experience with reporting and metrics tracking.
Preferences
  • Desired Certifications: Project management or ITIL certification.
  • Experience supporting cybersecurity or incident response operations.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and terminology.
  • Background in IT service management or operations.
  • Experience with ticketing and workflow management systems.
  • Knowledge of federal procurement and logistics processes.
  • Experience in 24/7 operational support environments.
