Cardinal Technology Systems Corp. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking an IT Support Specialist to work for our company.

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
• This position covers planning and delivery of customer support services including application migration or establishment of new applications in the cloud.
• Functions may include working with customers to plan new cloud projects, assisting with the execution of cloud projects, researching and reporting problems, consulting with users to identify needs and requirements, preparing business cases, ensuring the application of information security/Cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices, facilitating Change Management, and supporting configuration management processes.
• The position also provides cloud cost analysis support to assist with cloud hosting financial planning. This includes generating cloud planning estimates and forecasting costs.
• Assists the EH Office with reporting, consolidating, and validating data in support of cloud financial reporting requirements.
• Additionally, position researches and identifies trends, challenges, and opportunities to improve and reduce cost.

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
• Must hold one of the following IAT Level II Certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CompTIA Security+ CE, SSCP, CASP CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH.
• Must hold one of the following industry Cloud certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Developer Associate, AWS Solutions Architect, AWS SysOps Administrator, AWS DevOps Engineer, AWS Solution Architect, AWS Advanced Networking, AWS Data Analytics, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations, Oracle Cloud Data Management Foundations, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Foundations, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Professional, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Security Professional, Oracle Clous Database Service Professional, Oracle Cloud Database Migration and Integration Professional, OCO Observation and Management Professional, Oracle Cloud Platform Enterprise Analytics Professional, Azure Fundamentals, Azure Development Associate, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Platform Cloud Engineer, Google Cloud Platform Cloud Architect.
• Five (5) years of progressive experience in the field of Cloud Hosting.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools and specifically Excel and Power BI.
• Must have strong business and technical writing skills.
