Responsibilities
Cardinal Technology Systems, Corp. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Program Manager to work for our company.
Summary
  • Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency
  • Serves as the Project Manager supporting and coordinating with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), Task Order Managers, and other agency stakeholders.
  • Interfaces regularly with government personnel and partner companies to coordinate project goals, ensure alignment on deliverables, and maintain effective communication across all stakeholders.
  • Is responsible for the management and execution of the contract, ensuring technical solutions and schedules are implemented effectively and on time.
  • Leads cross-functional teams.
  • Oversees day-to-day contract support operations across potentially multiple projects and locations.
Requirements
  • Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). Sponsorship will not be provided.
  • Must hold a Project or Program Management certification (Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent/recognized Project or Program Management certification.)
  • Must have 5+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree.
  • Must have 10+ years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
  • Oral presentation experience and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferences
  • Demonstrated experience supporting the Information Technology Acquisition process, including milestone tracking and development of acquisition documentation.
